Fundraisers are very much a big part of the Cass Magnet Program to help ensure that the students get the best benefit and educational experience the program has to offer. Aside from Parent volunteers, the program would be very limited without the opportunity of giving the students the best engagement through fundraising. In the Magnet Program, Fundraising opportunities are broke into Campaign Fundraising which is either program wide or it can also be done by the individual student should he or she choose to participate or Event Fundraising where the Magnet Program along with Parent Volunteers help put on a large event to raise money for the program. Both are extremely important for funding the program, provide scholarship opportunities, and giving a student a chance to raise funds to for study abroad opportunities.
